1. Booking & Payment

All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system and are reserved exclusively for you.

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely via our integrated booking system.

2. Securing Your Appointment

Your selected time slot is dedicated entirely to you. Once your booking is confirmed, this time is no longer available to other clients.

3. Cancellations

If your plans change, you may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your booking time, subject to availability.

5. Late Changes & Missed Appointments

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable.

This policy ensures fairness, as your time slot has been specifically reserved and prepared for you.

6. Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for subsequent clients. The full service fee will still apply.

7. Health & Wellbeing

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatments where necessary for your safety.

8. Gift Vouchers & Packages

If applicable, gift vouchers or service packages must be presented at the time of your appointment. Specific conditions and expiration dates may apply.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or adjust services, prices, or availability at any time without prior notice.

11. Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Nirvana Massage & Beauty Spa shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments, unless caused by proven negligence.
